We have on display a bespoke design of Hardwood conservatory, and we can manufacture at our factory, almost any shape size and form you can dream of.
All the Hardwood comes from renewable sources and we use mainly Sapele and utile timbers from the mahogany family. The timber is hand picked for its grain and strength and many unsuitable lengths of wood are rejected. This minimizes the problems encountered from timber that can curl, twist, cup and warp in many ways. All the doors and windows are adjustable in both planes so to eliminate the problems with sticking doors. The system uses Stormproof fittings and seals to ensure that in the years to come, your investment will keep out the worst of the English weather.
The hardwood range of windows and doors is available in a range of colours and stains to match your existing scheme and can be glazed with glass roof or 25mm polycarbonate.

The frames are securely glazed with double glazed sealed toughened glass units that are guaranteed to perform for a minimum of ten years. Using the latest glass technology, we only supply Pilkington 'K' glass, and wherever we use a glass roof, recommend that a combination of laminated glass underneath and toughened on top will provide a room with comfortable living all year.

Roof vents are almost a must, - to control the rising heat in your conservatory the most sophisticated ridge ventilation system will not work as efficiently as a well made and operated roof vent. Blinds will control the glare and help reflect some of the heat through the roof but solar gain through the sides will negate the need for good ventilation.
